For the past two decades, Rikkia has worked as an Analyst and Project Manager in the Finance and Accounting industry, where she excelled in providing expertise in financial analysis and managing multi-million-dollar portfolios with a global reach.
Rikkia was able to leverage her project management and process improvement skills to pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she has been able to help Real Estate professionals identify operational inefficiencies and develop processes to streamline operations while maintaining compliance.
Her methodical approach to process improvement helps ensure accurate and timely closings that are Prolific. Adept. Consistent. Exact.
